In Person Classes

When you attend an in person class you are required to complete a 'Par-Q' or health form. This is to ensure your safety and also in case of emergency - it is essential that this is filled in accurately and kept up to date. From time to time I will renew ALL forms to ensure that they are up to date - however in the mean time it is your (the customer) duty to record any changes.

Attendance to classes - please only attend if you are well. If you have been unwell in the last 48 hours or you have Covid, please do not attend. This is for your safety and the protection of the other class members. Please report any new injuries. If you are advised by a GP to stop exercise or rest (for instance 8 - 12 weeks after most operations) it is up to you (the customer) to adhere to these instructions. If you become unwell or experience pain during your session you should stop immediately and let your instructor know and if necessary seek appropriate medical assistance or advice.

Class Payments - Classes can be paid for weekly, 4 weekly in advance, or 10 weekly in advance. At the end of your 10 week card you will receive a free session. For every 3, 4 session cards, you will receive a free session. Cards are non refundable if you no longer come to classes. If I cancel a class indefinitely I will refund the remainder of your card.

Classes are only marked off when you attend - you do not pay for classes that you do not attend.

Online classes / youtube

You (the user) are responsible for your health and surroundings while taking online or youtube classes.  You should not take online classes if you are unwell, injured, have been told not to exercise by your GP, or have experienced chest pain, dizziness or fainting while exercising. If you become unwell or experience pain during your session you should stop immediately and seek appropriate medical assistance or advice. When taking online classes in your home, ensure your area is clear of obstacles and trip hazards. Make sure you have appropriate space for the exercise given.

Online Shop

Purchases made via the online shop are processed and sent via a third party company. They have their own terms and conditions of sale which are reflected in our shop policy:

Purchasing - we can not guarantee that a size or colour will be in stock - you will be offered an alternative that is equal to or better than your original purchase. Alternatively you may obtain a credit note or a refund if the third party can not give a satisfactory 'back in stock' timeline.

When purchasing your item, I / we (the website owner) does not see or have access to your payment information as this is stored by another third party. The information is only used for the purpose of your purchase and is not used elsewhere.

When purchasing your item, I / we (the website owner) does obtain your name, address and contact details. This will only be used for the purpose of the sale. You will never receive advertising or other mail outside of the original purchase. If you should receive anything unexpected, please let us know.

Returns - The third party company only accepts returns on faulty items. This includes a fault with the garment itself, or the print. Returns can be made if the size sent does not match the size your ordered.

For all returns enquiries please contact me / us directly via this website.

Returns can also be accepted if I have misplaced the design during the ordering process.

If your item is correct in relation to your order, you may exchange or receive a credit note for the website. Unfortunately I can not accept returns or give refunds for items that are technically correct - these can not be returned to the third party manufacturer as shown in their terms and conditions of sale and print.

Postage - is added at the end of your order and is calculated based on the third party postage charges. If you think you have been charged too much postage please inform me by contacting me via this website.
