What an awesome bunch of youngsters - we did lots of tai chi and completed the evening with a mini form - they listened brilliantly and looked amazing by the end of the session.

A taster day with the NW U3A, they tried some tai chi, qigong, and watched a demo with Julie and me performing 24 forms.

It's been fabulous to watch the groups develop, and when this group first starting going through the form on their own I got goosebumps. Beautiful to watch
