This short program is for anyone who is completely new to Tai Chi and wants to learn the basics. I developed the follow-along forms after seeing people in my classes struggle with the beginners 10 forms because there is so much to think about at the same time until it becomes muscle memory. It will allow you to see the hand positions of the forms and learn the basics of each form, associating the form with the name, before moving on to rooted stepping and the beginner form. It is based on the movements within the yang style. Beginners who start with the follow-along 1 and 2, find the beginners and short forms, much easier to pick up and follow.
